It’s FFFFFFFRIDAY!!!

So today I worked on my lower body (i.e. Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calves & Abs). All I can say about today’s workout is that when I try to get out of bed in the morning I’m just going to collapse in a heap. My thighs are still on fire and 18:00 in the evening… so I’m still feeling the burn.
The 20 minute exercise bike session tomorrow should loosen them up for the big official start of the BFL on Monday… WooOOooOOoo!!
